Sienna is a PhD candidate with Griffith University, completing her PhD while being embedded at Surfing Australia. Her PhD particularly specialises in biomechanics, while also addressing other areas of movement science. Sienna is also a QAS SPIKE Scholar as her PhD is further in collaboration with the Queensland Academy of Sport and the Australian Institute of Sport. Prior to her PhD, Sienna completed her Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science (Honours) at the University of Queensland where she completed placements at QAS and QLD Cricket. She has a strong passion for working in high performance sport and strives to enhance knowledge and practice in the daily training environment.
