Natalie Sharp
Sports and Exercise Chiropractor - Enhance Healthcare
Professional Bio
I am a Titled Sports and Exercise Chiropractor (B.Chiro. Sc., M.Chiro, ICSC, AICE - 2021) at Enhance Healthcare in Canberra, Australia. I graduated from Macquarie University, Sydney in 2010 and in 2014 completed my ICCSP (ICSC 2019).
My previous life also involved representing Australia in both Indoor and Beach Volleyball. I was lucky enough to travel around the world playing the sport I love.
Since then, I have done further study with FNOR, CCMI (Complete Concussion Management Institute), FAKTR, Dynamic Tape & Rocktape.
This education and my previous experience as an athlete has helped me in roles with Volleyball Australia as both a practitioner for National Indoor and Beach Volleyball teams, the Australian ParaVolley program as well as acting as Medical Director & Co-ordinator for the Australian legs of the World Pro Tour of Beach Volleyball.
I have been a part of the FICS and Sports Chiropractic Australia education team since 2016, presenting on topics such as travel considerations for athletes, peripheral adjustment technique, anatomy trains and breathing patterns.
I am currently the National Vice-Chair of the AICE Sports and Exercise special interest group, as well as a committee member for the Australian Chiropractic Association’s Women in Chiropractic group.
